I don’t leave reviews lightly, but Nelly at Blossom Beauty Spa truly deserves 5 stars. My wife and two daughters recently had facials with her — one right before prom, and even our preteen had her first. All three came out with glowing skin, reduced redness, and clearer pores. They were genuinely happy with the results, and that says a lot. My wife is also doing scalp treatments with Nelly, and she’s been really impressed with how knowledgeable and thoughtful Nelly is. It’s a process that takes a few visits, but she already feels it’s making a difference — and she trusts Nelly completely. The spa itself is clean, peaceful, and relaxing. Nelly includes small touches, like a calming hand and arm massage during the facial, which make the whole experience even better. She’s friendly, professional, and communicates everything clearly. She runs the spa on her own and still gives each person 100% of her focus. That kind of personal care is hard to find. As a husband and dad, I’m grateful we found someone we can trust with our family’s skincare. We’ll absolutely be back — highly recommend!
